UNMASK is a 3 month somatic journey for women to gather together to shed their good girl personas & to be witnessed entirely in their full raw, messy, sacred, true powerful selves.

Together we’ll breathe, move, shake, scream, cry, rage, and release. We’ll explore the masks we wear that keep us small and disconnected from our true selves.

UNMASK is available in two different ways. There will be a virtual container available for 8 women and an in-person container in Reno, NV for 6 women.

We’ll meet once a week for 12 weeks for a duration of 2 hours.

Here’s what you’ll receive

  • Weekly group calls/meetings.
  • A virtual group chat for sharing revelations and processes.
  • Somatic practices for the UNMASKing process.
  • A space to explore deep sisterhood with other women on their own UNMASK journey.
  • One 1:1 coaching session with Jordan.

We start November 1st.


***It’s imperative to note that the following expectations are held for this container:

  • To attend at least 10/12 of the containers during the LIVE call/meetings.
  • To be willing to feel deep into your body, even if it’s uncomfortable or scary.
  • To be honest with one’s self about the reality of a situation.
  • To look at the shadows that are often ignored or brushed under the rug.

Jordan is a multi disciplinary artist, guide, mother, and a recovering Nice Girl and people pleaser. . .

When Jordan began her divorce process she couldn’t believe just how disconnected from her path she felt. She felt exhausted from the over giving - resentment cycle she constantly found herself in and she was tired of the performance her mask required she keep up.


Turns out, that she had masked herself in polite rhetoric, bound her spirit to self limiting expressions designed to make others feel more comfortable in her presence, and was deeply afraid of the power that grew inside of her.

With the help of her mentor, Jordan began to UNMASK and peel back the layers that she found so suffocating.

What emerged is the woman you see today.


A woman committed to her truth, to her radical full expression of self, and to teaching and serving others her unique medicine, wisdom gained through trial and tribulation.

She knows what it feels like to feel trapped under inauthenticity and a heavy impenetrable mask. She knows what it feels like to feel disconnected from her voice and her desires. Most of all she understands how crucial it is to UNMASK and shed the good girl identity in order to step into your true raw embodied power.

Who? UNMASK is for the women who are ready to step into their power and ditch the Nice Girl persona for real embodied truth.
What? This container is a space of radical truth sharing and self responsibility. It is not recommended for folks not willing to do the work necessary to achieve actual transformation.
When? We start November 1st and go for a consecutive 12 weeks and end January 17th. We’ll meet every Saturday virtually for 2hrs from 10am-12pm (pt). The in-person container will be held on Sundays from 10am-12pm.
Where? There will be a virtual container available for 8 women and an in person container held in Reno, NV for 6 women.
Why? UNMASK was created as a space to explore somatically how the masks we wear keep us disconnected from our truth and power.
